B.B. (Week 3 of the Program)

Went to my diabetes nurse appointment and she was thrilled on my progress (phew! I thought they would give me heck about this diet). Also she was so happy I am down 23 lbs, my sugars are right on target. And apparently my diabetic nurse understands the Ketonic diet and knows how it goes - imagine that !!!! I am thrilled to have more support and they told me that Vivica's program was excellent and they will support me al the way! I am blessed.
