L.W. (Week 2 of the Program)
You guys, I am so proud of myself. I did awesome with my macros and met them to the "T" and I'm making small to moderate ketones. I have lost 5lbs (some how, I didn't even workout hard this week at all). I skipped 2 days in 1 week. I'm sure most of it was water weight! Either way, success!!!! I will not devalue my success, yay!!!!!
