​So, I must say...I was afraid. It just sounded yucky, but I did it anyway. Did bullet proof coffee this AM with my scrambled eggs. I used coconut oil and organic hormone free butter plus a packet of stevia. WOW, pleasantly surprised. And full... couldn't eat my two eggs with ground beef and onions. Thanks for pushing me Vivica. I can't wait to start cooking this way for EVERYONE who asks me what the heck I'm doing!
