Keto and Exercise for Women
There is a LOT of talk about keto and exercise in the keto community, but what we don’t realize is how little talk about keto and exercise for women there is out there!
More and more women are embracing the ketogenic lifestyle, and a lot of us are active women who understand that working out is a very important part of this healthy lifestyle.

What a pleasure to find this podcast! The No Fail Fat Burning for Women book was integral for me as I was trying to work out how to make keto work for me. Moving away from over-exercising and implementing the ‘minimal dose’ mindset really helped me to heal from adrenal fatigue. 🙂
great information!!
Question when you and michelle are talking about fasted training – do you consider BPC coffee breaking the fast? Just wanted some clarity around that 🙂 thank you!
Hi Jaime, I would consider it breaking fast….for me fasted means only water 🙂
Wow this was very informative. So I’ve done keto before and it worked great for me, but I fell off for like a month and I’m back on now but I have introduced exercise aswell. Funny thing is that since I restarted my weight has just been increasing. i do about 30min cardio 4times a week with some weight training. Ive gained 2pounds in a week which is rather surprising for me. I’m eating correctly as I have before. I weigh 220pounds so 2pounds in a week is rather frustrating. Am I missing something interms of water retention from exercise maybe? What could be the cause?
When that happens the cause is usually hormonal. I can not tell you more as I do not have any information on you and your case history, sorry.
