"Just a quick update. I am doing really well. Sleeping well and exercising and walking routinely, including walks on the beach. Long story short, I am feeling strong and flexible along with wise enough to know when to rest and when to push.
I am really becoming more and more proud and ok with my body. I have not weighed or measured this month and I feel like that is helpful for my mental outlook. I am just eating the way I know I should but not being hyper-focused on macros etc. I am slowly adding in the fasting part of this and getting used to my new job."
