This looks delicious!!! Where did you get the lamb brains?

    • The Nourished Caveman says:

Paulina I got them form my friend’s farm. They raise sheep sustainably and organically. I am lucky because I use a lot of organ meats and other parts that people do not ant, so I get them for free 😀
I will soon post the whole recipe for the brains!

  2. Marguerite says:

Will you be posting more weekly meal plans?

    • The Nourished Caveman says:

Sorry Marguerite, I am currently working on a book, so I will only post recipes for the moment!!

  3. Amy says:

What is the benefit of fasting on keto? I’m new to this and on day 8. I’m not overweight but I do want to drop a few pounds (10) and then maintain. I feel like I read a lot of conflicting information.

    • The Nourished Caveman says:

Amy it really depends on your individual case. I am sorry but I can not give you generic advice, fasting can be good for some people and counterproductive for others, depending on the health of your endocrine system.
