TPO was normal and TG was only slightly elevated. My TSH was low - around 1.0 (as I would expect with the iodine loading) but my T3 was finally up to 3.7. e. A Keto Program Created By A Woman Specifically For Women

THFM Structure

Phase 1

I refer to this as the “diagnostic” and preparation phase. We’ll review your current situation by incorporating various investigation methods, as well as order labs when needed, and construct a game plan that addresses all of your current health issues. The duration is roughly 3 to 4 weeks long.

Phase 2

Now it’s time to get into “action” and begin your keto-adaptation. We’ll begin by eliminating unhealthy aspects of your diet, when appropriate, and you’ll undergo cellular and liver detoxification. This phase will include one class session a week and we will also be conducting our weekly 1on1 calls. Over the course of 8 weeks, you will participate in 8 group calls as well as 8 individual calls with me.

Phase 3

This is the beginning of your new lifestyle. In this phase, you’ll be put to the test of sustaining your new habits all on your own with some assistance from me. I will continue to provide guidance and support you along your journey. We’ll work together to create a maintenance plan, or game plan, for achieving your next set of goals. This phase will consist of one individual call over the course of 3 to 4 weeks.
