Although Jamie and I have a very different audience, we both see eye to eye on the importance of a good diet as the foundation for optimal health. Graduated in 1997 from the University of Michigan in 1997 with Bachelor of Science Has Competed in Drug Free Powerlifting since 1989. Has won multiple Local, State, National, and World Platforms in Multiple Powerlifitng Federations Raw and Equipped divisions. Developer of the App KetoCheck Current work includes on KetoCheck “MyMeal” and Ketogenic food log app and KetoCheck “MyBMR”, developing the Ketogenic Index and Ketogenic nutritional rating system. Also, finishing the book “KetoPaleo, Optimal Health and Performance Through Exercise and a Natural Human Diet”
