- Soak apricots in warm water for 20 minutes.
- Drain.
- Put all ingredients in the blender and mix on high speed until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl.
- Put in the fridge for 10 minutes.
- READY!
- Garnish with fresh, edible Borage flowers. Nasturtium flowers can be used too.
