Mozzarella And Make At Home Stracciatella

A quick and easy way to make your own Stracciatella, which is the content of a Mozzarella Burrata. It's the perfect food for a keto diet if you are not sensitive to dairy!
Ingredients
  • 1 medium sized fresh mozzarella, in it's whey.
  • 1 cup organic (possibly raw) heavy whipping cream 60% fat
  • Celtic sea salt.
Instructions
  1. Cut the mozzarella in two.
  2. Put it in a blowl.
  3. Now, with your hands, shred the filaments, trying to preserve some of the length.
  4. When all shredded, add the whipping cream and a pinch of sea salt and mix well together.
  5. Chill for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  6. Eat immediately, either by itself or with a dash of a really good extra virgin olive oil.
