They say i have hypo thyroid. I don’t like the medicine it does not help me feel better. I am tired first thing in the morning then I can get going till afternoon about 3 then I really start to go down hill. I struggle with my weight. I weigh 147-151 i want to be back to 135 where i was before all the medicine. Your recipes look amazing.
