    Vivica, I love your blog! I am a 310lb women desperate to be a 150lb women and I am not being successful. Being a very insulin resistant diabetic and very carb sensitive. I want to find a nutritionist in my area that subscribes to your keto theory. How would I go about finding a specific nutritionist in my area for guidance?     They say i have hypo thyroid. I don’t like the medicine it does not help me feel better. I am tired first thing in the morning then I can get going till afternoon about 3 then I really start to go down hill. I struggle with my weight. I weigh 147-151 i want to be back to 135 where i was before all the medicine. Your recipes look amazing.

      Pam I help many people with similar issues. It is not something that can be resolved just with food usually…Eating better will help you a lot but to resolve thyroid and adrenal problems I really recommend working with a professional. If you are interested in my help please look at this page:
