I know how busy you are every day, and how much you want to stay true to your keto paleo, dairy-free lifestyle. I know that finding the tie to eat the best possible way for you is important, but sometimes we are just overwhelmed with things to do, and making the right choice becomes secondary to making the most convenient one.

That’s why I created this little roundup of quick and easy lunches under 15minutes.  A little planning ahead to stock your fridge and freezer and you should be able to put together a meal in a flash!

    How are these dairy free if they have butter, cream, and cream cheese?

      Hello Sonya, there are 2 recipes with cheese and it says on the blog post to just skip it! 🙂
      Butter for me is ok, unless you are extremely dairy intolerant, then you can use ghee or coconut oil.
