In honor of the celebration, and because of my recent Keto Carnivore Experiment I have collected 10 summer grilling recipes to help you maintain your keto paleo lifestyle. Planning ahead can really help give you the confidence to stay keto while visiting your favorite BBQ parties.
Prepare marinades, rubs and bbq sauces then marinate your meat in the refrigerator and when ready to cook, pull them out of the fridge and throw it on the grill!
Simple!
